What is the Maggi diet?
The diet of the Maggi diet provides for such food products, for the digestion of which the body will spend more energy (calories), due to which it will begin to actively burn the accumulations of excess fat. And despite the fact that such a weight loss system is low in calories, the body does not suffer from a lack of nutrients, because the menu contains all the vitamins and microelements necessary for human life. However, Maggi's course is quite tough and not suitable for everyone.
Basic rules of the Maggi diet
During the entire period of weight loss, the following rules should be observed:
- Eat 3 times a day (around the same time). Use fresh fruits and vegetables as a snack, but not for 2 hours after eating.
- The last meal should be no later than 3 hours before bedtime.
- Drink at least 2 liters of clean water per day (including tea and coffee without sugar).
- Do not interchange the lunch and dinner menus.
- It is recommended to cook the dishes in the oven, in a slow cooker or boiled (strictly without adding oils).
- Minimal physical activity is encouraged (at least exercising in the morning or jogging).

The following foods are allowed throughout the diet:
- Herbs and fresh vegetables (cabbage, carrots, zucchini, various mixed vegetables).
- Fruits (apples, citrus, kiwi, persimmon).
- Kinds of lean fish (cod, pollock, pike, plaice, etc. ) and seafood - shrimp and lobster.
- Fermented dairy products (kefir, low-fat cottage cheese and cheese).
- Low-fat varieties of poultry meat and not only (boiled or baked).

Contraindications
The Maggi diet is contraindicated in the following cases:

- With strong surges of pressure (both up and down).
- During pregnancy and lactation.
- With diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (especially with constipation).
